Haven Salon Studios is owned and managed by Jason and Stacie Harkavy. We live nearby in West Long Branch, New Jersey. We’ve been married for over 20 years and have two teenage daughters. We've been able to make Haven come to life with the help of our partners.

Jason, with a background in finance and real estate, worked at Merrill Lynch in New York City from 1991 to 2004. Subsequently, he managed a real estate finance fund until 2020.
Stacie, a seasoned hair stylist with 35 years of experience, has worked at various salons. Her expertise extends to creating stunning looks for weddings, proms, graduations, and other special events.
Antonio, Billy's partner at Advantage, has over 35 years of commercial construction experience. As our supervisor for every aspect of construction, it is comforting to know that Antonio can also roll up his sleeves and do almost any of the subcontractor jobs when needed.
Billy, half of Advantage Construction and our General Contractor, brings over 20 years of experience in commercial construction to the table. Having the GC as one of our partners is tremendously beneficial, as they care deeply about every detail and always look out for the well-being of our business.
